1. Booking Policy

By booking a service with Seven Hills Tours & Travels, you agree to the terms outlined below. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or an official confirmation email/message from our team.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance: A minimum of 20% advance payment is required to confirm outstation trips or tour packages.
  • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid to the driver or via online transfer before the completion of the trip.
  • Tolls & Parking: Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate permit charges are extra and must be paid by the customer unless explicitly included in the package.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before trip: Full refund of the advance amount (minus minimal processing fees).
  • 24 to 48 hours before trip: 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund of the advance amount.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer due to negligence will be charged accordingly. Possession of illegal substances or weapons is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

Seven Hills Tours & Travels reserves the right to replace a vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances with a similar class of vehicle. Our drivers are instructed to follow safe driving practices and traffic rules strictly.

6. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising out of the services provided by Seven Hills Tours & Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
